Return Policy Terms

1. The product must be in its original condition and unused.
2. The invoice or order number must be provided.
3. International orders are not eligible for exchange or return, and the customer bears the shipping costs.
4. If the product arrives damaged, we will cover the return or exchange shipping costs within 3 days.
5. Processing time for financial returns within Saudi Arabia is 1–7 business days, and 3–15 business days for GCC countries (depending on the payment system used).
6. Exchange fee within Saudi Arabia: 50 .
7. Return fee within Saudi Arabia: 25 .
8. If the shipment is returned due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, the customer will be charged the shipping fee.

Offers Return Policy

• If a shipment is returned due to no response or incorrect address, the customer will be charged the shipping cost.
• For offers that include multiple perfumes: once the product is opened, the perfume cannot be returned. Only unopened items are eligible for return, and the customer will bear the return shipping cost.
