Payment and Delivery Information:
* Any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to this website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

* Minors under the age of 18 are prohibited from registering as a user of this website or using it.
* When you pay for our products or services through our website, the details you are required to enter will be transmitted directly to our payment provider via a secure connection.
* The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and the merchant's policies and rules.
* We accept online payments using Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards in Saudi Riyals.
Shipping, Delivery, and Receipt:
* Shipping/delivery time is 3 to 7 business days.
* We are committed to providing a delivery service that meets your expectations. Therefore, we kindly request that you provide us with an accurate address to ensure prompt delivery. The national address must include the building, villa, or apartment number, street name, city, phone number, and the name of the recipient. Before placing your order, please ensure you meet the product specifications and comply with the website's terms of use.
* We ship orders via our "Home Delivery" service daily, excluding Fridays and public holidays, and deliver them within 3 to 7 business days from the order confirmation date. "Home Delivery" is a door-to-door service in most cases; however, we regret that this service may not be available in some instances due to difficult access to remote areas or unclear addresses.
Delivery Fees:
* If the total order is less than 200, a delivery fee of 19 will be charged for Email or 23 for Webeek Shipping, depending on the applicable offer.
* If the total order exceeds 299, the customer is exempt from delivery fees, also depending on the applicable offer.
* For shipments outside of Saudi Arabia, the delivery time depends on the international procedures of each country. You can track your shipment using the tracking number sent to you via SMS or email. International shipments may incur certain taxes, which the customer is responsible for. We are not liable if the shipment is damaged or returned by customs.
Exchange, Return, or Cancellation:
* We understand that you may change your mind about a purchase. If you decide to cancel your order before receiving it, you can contact customer service to cancel it, and we will do our best to accommodate your request, provided the order has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has already been fulfilled, the cancellation will be treated as a return.
* You can always contact customer service, and we will be happy to assist you. For Cash on Delivery orders, if the customer repeatedly cancels or fails to receive the order without a valid reason, the company reserves the right to disable the Cash on Delivery option for that customer.
* Labonaire's policy allows for returns within 7 days of purchase, provided the product is in its original condition. Please refer to the Returns Policy page. Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used.
* International orders are non-refundable.
- The store reserves the right to cancel an order if there is a technical issue or a problem with the product that prevents its fulfillment.
- Packages are a set of products under a single product number at a special price. Part of the package cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Returns:
* If you receive the wrong product, or if the product is damaged or defective, you can return it free of charge.
* If you wish to return the product for any other reason, a return shipping fee of 25 will be charged. We will be happy to process your return within 15 days of receiving the product.
* Returned products must not have been used or have any **Labonere** tags or labels removed. They must be in their original condition, in their original box or packaging, with the original invoice, and must be returned within 7 days of receipt. We will not accept returns if the original box or packaging has been opened or tampered with. After receiving and inspecting the product, the payment will be refunded after deducting the return shipping fee.
* Returns may not be accepted if the products have been damaged or soiled. After inspection and approval of returns, the payment will be refunded, excluding the initial delivery fee. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs to the online store address. **Please note that delivery and payment fees are non-refundable.**
- Refunds are processed within 14 business days, depending on the payment method policy or bank account confirmation.
Exchanges:
* You can exchange products within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the product is in its original condition and unused. The product must be in its original packaging with the original invoice.
* If the product has a manufacturing defect, it can be exchanged even if it has been opened.
* After we receive and inspect the returned product, you can exchange it for another product of the same or higher value. If the product is of higher value, the price difference must be paid at the time of exchange, in addition to a shipping fee of 50.
